Lawyer, feminist, researcher, and activist for human and nature rights. Former Minister of Defense of Bolivia, resigned in protest of the Chaparina repression. Also served as Councilor in La Paz. University lecturer, author of a book on environmental law, and public policy master’s student at Rutgers.
